Once you receive your reading, you are not entitled to a refund. If you choose to submit a fraud claim, we will submit your agreement to this Policy and confirmation of your reading being completed. Confirmation of a reading can be a screenshot of us on zoom, email confirmation of your appointment, and/or email confirmation of receiving your recorded reading. Should the evidence not be received or accepted by the financial institution issuing the fraud alert on your behalf, we reserve the right to seek out compensation for services, fraud fees, and any legal fees associated with this.
